It was a week before Christmas, and my three kids were reenacting The Nutcracker in our living room when a fight broke out. My 7-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Olivia, started yelling at her younger brother because he didn’t announce her performance the way she wanted him to. She screamed at him to turn off the lights and start over, and Luca left the room in tears.
Today’s workforce is as diverse as ever, especially when it comes to generations in the workplace. Baby Boomers have made up the majority of the workforce for most of our lifetimes. Today, millennials are the majority, but there are also Gen X and Gen Z to consider. Each generation brings its own generational differences to the table, including their approaches to wellness.
