The Bowles Center for Diversity Outreach, Inc. will host the annual Human Resource Professionals Diversity Conference on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. The conference will be held at the Radisson Riverview Hotel, which is located at 668 West Fifth Street in Covington, Kentucky. “Power of Inclusion” is the theme for the conference.
The conference will offer an excellent opportunity for educational, cultural, social, leadership development and training to all of those in attendance. Highlights of the conference include state and regional recognized speakers and presenters from Xavier University, Northern Kentucky University, the University of Cincinnati, and Diversity Consultants from the Greater Cincinnati area and business leaders.

We are encouraging everyone to pre-register so that your package will be ready for pickup when you arrive. A pre-registration table will be available to assure quick, fast and accurate service. Don’t get caught in long lines or risk an event selling out. Complete the enclosed form and pre-register.
On- site registration will begin on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, beginning at 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
You will receive your name badge, bag and tickets. It is important that you check your tickets for accuracy before leaving the registration desk. Also, please keep your name badge throughout the conference so you will be allowed admittance to plenary sessions and special events.

Vendors and Exhibitors will be on-site starting Wednesday, March 30, 2016. The cost of the entire day is $200.00 per space. All checks or money orders along with the completed vendor form should be mailed directly to the Bowles Center for Diversity Outreach, Inc. Post Office Box 122166 Covington, Kentucky 41012-2166 no later than Friday, March 25, 2016. Please note: Space will be filled on a first come first serve basis. It is important that you mail the forms as soon as possible so we may accommodate your request. Bowles Center Education Awards Bowles Center Education Diversity Award will be presented to a business, corporation, education institution, agency or department that has developed policies, initiatives, programs and/or services to enhance diversity in the workplace. The award will be presented at the Annual Diversity Awareness Luncheon on Wednesday, March 30, 2016.
The Bowles Center for Diversity Outreach will present a rotating trophy to the agency, business, corporation, or department that registers the highest number of registrants attending the conference. The Rotating Trophy will be presented on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the Human Resource Professional Diversity Awareness Luncheon. The luncheon will begin at 12:00 p.m. and conclude at 2:00 p.m.
